CCF Tea (Cumin, Coriander, Fennel)

CCF Tea is sweet, mildly heating,and deeply detoxifying. It has a strong affinity for the urinary system, but can also be used to kindle the digestive fire, and remove natural toxins. It is pacifying to all three doshas.

1 ounce fennel seeds

1 ounce coriander seeds

1 ounce cumin seeds

In a heated dry skillet, slow roast/toast coriander until you smell the delicious aroma. Pour in to a flat bowl to cool. Do the same with the fennel seeds and cumin seeds. Once they are all cooled, place them in a glass jar with a good lid. You can grind them or use them whole.

Add 1 teaspoon of the seed mix to 12 ounces of water and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain or leave the seeds in and sip.
